CZH was engaged by SCS Advisors, Inc to perform a complete operational/concept analysis of all Food & Beverage Operations as well as a Competitive/Market Analysis of the Eagle County Market.
The Mayflower Hotel, Washington, D.C.
CZH was engaged by Rockwood Capital to perform a complete analysis of all of Food & Beverage Operations in this historic Hotel.
Four Seasons, Chicago, IL
CZH is currently engaged to reposition and reconcept all of the Food & Beverage Operations at this Property. This Project is comprised of 25,000 square feet of space on the Lobby Level of the Hotel and will include: A completely new three meal restaurant, the bar and lobby lounge, a new coffee/wine bar and four restaurant private dining rooms.
The Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, Maui, HI
CZH was instrumental in recreating all of the Restaurant and Bar Operations of this Hotel, during the recent $160MM remodeling of the Property. Our Company completed The Banyan Tree Fine Dining Restaurant, The Terrace Three Meal Restaurant, The Beach House Restaurant on the Ocean, Kai - The Asian/Sushi Restaurant and Lava - the new Bar and Lobby Lounge.
Tracht’s at the Renaissance Hotel, Long Beach, CA
CZH in partnership with Celebrity Chef Suzanne Tracht created this restaurant in the Renaissance Hotel, Long Beach and we jointly hold the Licensing Agreement for this Modern American Chop House.
The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago, IL
CZH was engaged to provide an analysis of the current Operations and provide recommendations that will be utilized to begin the new conceptual planning for all Restaurants at the Hotel.
W Hotel, San Diego, CA
CZH performed a complete analysis of the Restaurant Operations of this Hotel for the owners, Sunstone Hotel Investors. As well, our Company produced a very detailed Market Feasibility Study on Hotels and Restaurants in the Market. We have created two different restaurant concepts for the Hotel that are currently being studied by Ownership and the Operator for future development.
The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, CA
CZH in conjunction with Joachim Splichal, Chef & Founder of the Patina Restaurant Group, is responsible for the concepts and development of four Outlets at this Property: Pinot Mirage, the three meal restaurant, The Pool Grill and Bar, the Lobby Lounge and Wine Bar and The Edge, a contemporary American Steakhouse.
Hotel Vintage Plaza & Hotel Vintage Park – Kimpton Hotels, Portland, OR & Seattle, Washington
CZH was engaged to perform the analysis of and complete the due diligence stage in regard to the Restaurants and F&B Operations at these two Properties for Clearview Hotel Investors, prior to their acquisition of these Hotels.
The Ritz-Carlton Rose Island, Nassau, Bahamas
CZH is creating all of the Food and Beverage Concepts for this self-contained Caribbean Island Retreat. The Project includes the Hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Club, a variety of Residential Units and a complete Marina Village.
The Food Art Group, Los Angeles, CA
CZH and Mr. Bruggemeier have been an advisor to and previously a Partner in the operations owned by this Los Angeles based Restaurant Group. These operations include; Sona Restaurant, boule - the Chocolatier, and comme ca, a West Hollywood brasserie.
La Posada de Santa Fe, New México
CZH is repositioning the Restaurants and Bar Operations at this RockResorts operated, historic Hotel in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Included in our engagement are the award winning Fuego Restaurant, Viga, the Hotels three meal restaurant and the Staab House Bar, Lounge and Wine Room.
The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Turks & Caicos
CZH is working in conjunction with Celebrity Chef Gray Kunz of cafe gray in New York City to create two Restaurant Concepts on the Island of West Caicos at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Chef Gray will hold the licensing agreement for these operations once they are completed.
Spago at The Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek, CO
CZH in conjunction with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group was responsible for the conceptual and developmental process to create Spago in Bachelor Gulch, Colorado.
NORMAN’S Restaurants: Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles
One of the Principals of CZH, Mr. Carl Bruggemeier, was the co-creator of these Fine Dining Restaurants and is currently the co-owner of Norman's at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, Orlando. This award -winning restaurant is the only Independently Owned Restaurant operating inside a Ritz-Carlton Hotel anywhere in their system.
The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, PA
CZH is working with famed Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin to create a new casual concept for the restaurant in this Hotel that will be known as, 10 Arts by Eric Ripert.
